Use of the Site – All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and contents (“content”) are owned by Ofcdesk, its affiliates, and third parties. The content is protected by copyright and other laws in the United States and other countries.

Your obligations regarding account registration ofcdesk.NET – Ofcdesk grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable username and password that is designated when you complete the ofcdesk.NET account registration form to access and use only the Site, content, and services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are fully responsible for all activities performed under your username and password. You agree to immediately notify Ofcdesk of any unauthorized use of your username or password, any breach of security, and to make sure to log out of the ofcdesk.NET account at the end of each section. Ofcdesk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause.

Violation of the Terms of Use – In addition to all legal remedies that Ofcdesk may use in the event that you violate the terms of this agreement, Ofcdesk in its sole discretion shall also have the right to suspend or prohibit your access to the Site.

Termination – You may terminate your ofcdesk.NET account, any associated email, or access to Ofcdesk’s services by sending a written termination request to Ofcdesk or an email request to suporte@ofcdesk.com. You agree that Ofcdesk may terminate or suspend your use of the Site, Ofcdesk’s systems, services, and content, at any time and without cause, in its sole discretion.

Changes – Ofcdesk may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. By using the Ofcdesk Website after any change in the Terms of Use will mean that you accept such changes which are effective from the moment they are made available on the Ofcdesk Website.

Disclaimer – Under no circumstances shall Ofcdesk be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site, whether or not Ofcdesk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances will Ofcdesk be liable to you for any amount.
