About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling. You’ll play a key role in the company’s growth by identifying potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting up appointments for senior sales representatives. This position is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, resilient, and eager to develop a career in sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily;
  • Engage potential customers, build rapport, and qualify leads;
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services;
  • Overcome objections and handle rejection with confidence;
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses in the CRM;
  • Schedule follow-ups and set appointments for senior sales representatives;
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential;
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills;
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is a plus.
